Elephants are ecosystem engineers.
When elephants eat, they create gaps in the vegetation. These gaps allow new plants to grow and create pathways for other smaller animals. During the dry season, they use their feet, trunks and tusks to create holes deep enough to tap into underground water sources. These watering holes stay available for other animals drink too. Elephants are essential to maintain forest ecosystems for other species.

Attention: Always supervise your pet while he plays. This toy is not indestructible. Please make sure that smaller pieces are not bitten off and swallowed – this is not a children toy.
